The Cotton Wolf Company is a social enterprise. Our goal is to faciliate connections and to enrich humankind, not our wallets. The fact that we use the word COMPANY in our name is a reference to our pack (as in a pack of huskies, wolves—canids). In one another’s company we nurture connections and care for community.

Participation in all Cotton Wolf offerings including acoustic ecoadventures, acoustic gatherings, space tunings, and courses/salons is available through our bookings page. There are no hidden fees, and you can always reschedule or cancel.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life can be filled with the unexpected, and we know shifts are often necessary. If you need to reschedule, simply visit the rescheduling links in the confirmation email you received when you booked. 

If you need to cancel, please see the cancellation windows below and note that refunds generally take 5-10 days to process.

Ecoadventures & Acoustic Gatherings

Please cancel 7 days before your scheduled ecoadventure or acoustic gathering to receive a full refund. 

Space Tunings

Please cancel 24 hours before your scheduled service to receive a full refund.

Salons/Courses/Workshops

Please cancel 3 days before your scheduled event to receive a full refund.
