As an ecoacoustician I wanted to create something in the world to illuminate the art of listening, so I established this special space and named it the Cotton Wolf Company after my Iditarod running, snow loving, adventuresome canid pal who possessed profound listening skills.

Cotton Wolf is an interdisciplinary space for sharing where I blend science and art. I'm a research scholar by day, investigating the impacts of anthropogenic noise in the ocean. By night, I’m a soundscape artist.

Running on a new plane of existence now, Cotton Wolf's inspiration still echoes here.
