The sounds of the harvest are everywhere!

During this all-day acoustic ecoadventure, participants experience the gathering. Choose an activity (or several) and learn from local peoples as you experience the sounds of autumn preparations. 

Listen as apples fall from their trees. Select your favorite varietal and carve a face. Snip grapes from the vine. 

Tiptoe through mud that lingers in the drying creek bed. Hear it squish as you choose an ideal color for your jar or crock.

Grains whisper and wave in cool breezes that slip beside and around the mountain. Busy hands harvest slender stems and make much needed baskets.
